LOS ANGELES — With a header from Walker Zimmerman and a pair of goals from Adama Diomande, LAFC became the fifth expansion team in MLS history to clinch a spot in the playoffs during the inaugural year. The 3-0 victory over the Colorado Rapids was met by excitement from players, coaches and fans alike.
