After spending the past three seasons playing college soccer at UCLA, Milan Iloski is returning to Real Salt Lake.
Iloski, an RSL Academy product, signed a professional deal with the MLS side Wednesday, agreeing to terms on a Homegrown contract.
“Milan was one of the top goal-scorers in the country last year at UCLA and proved that he’s ready to make the jump to the professional level,” RSL general manager Elliot Fall said in a statement. “He is another great example of our emphasis on developing young players through our Academy system and we are excited to add him to the mix and see his continued development.”
Iloski, 20, scored 17 goals in 16 matches this past season for the UCLA Bruins, a mark that led the Pac-12 and was fourth best among all Division I players in the country.
A native of Escondido, California, Iloski appeared in 46 matches across three seasons at UCLA, tallying 23 goals and six assists. He netted seven game-winning goals for the Bruins.
Before going to UCLA, Iloski netted 16 goals and 15 assists in 36 matches for the Real Salt Lake Academy in the 2016-17 season.
Iloski is one of nine RSL Academy products on the roster this season.
